At twenty-two years old, I’ve given birth to a website! What a beautiful baby. The baby is premature and very malleable. I’m still figuring it out… there are a lot of ideas that I have! I will teach the baby how to look. What kinds of fonts, layouts, and systems the baby may don, I’m not sure. It’s something me and the baby will figure out together. There are few things I am certain of, in terms of direction:
- this website will serve as the vessel of my creative ventures and scattered passions
- perhaps a time capsule for what I get up to in my early 20s; my mark in this digital world
I’m overwhelmed! Being a parent is hard. My partner has told me that her creative work is a collaboration between her and her set-up, in all its imperfections and utility. It’s a wonderful concept to think about. However, it’s time for me to do more than just think… it’s time to GO!
